Jonathan Meisse advises on IT, data protection and antitrust law and on M&A. He represents clients in domestic and transborder matters, with a focus on transactions and actions for damages under cartel law. His practice involves advising, conflict resolution and litigation as well as enforcement of titles, mainly in his areas of focus. Jonathan Meisse also advises clients on complex IT projects, for example in designing and operating complex IT infrastructures and software, and often on any related data protection matters.
Jonathan Meisse is a partner at MEISTERLAW and was admitted to the German bar in 2015. He worked for an international law firm in Munich and in New York in M&A and insolvency law. He studied law at the University of Tübingen and the University of Munich with a focus on the areas mentioned above and company law and capital markets law. He worked for several years in IT and business consulting for a renowned mid-sized consulting firm. Jonathan Meisse observes developments in digital legal services as is interested in the digital transformation. Until his appointment to partnership he was Data Protection Officer at MEISTERLAW.
