We put great emphasis on the personal needs of each individual lawyer and balancing excellent lawyering with a rich personal life. We provide and work ourselves with flexible, mobile work setups. Our team-oriented, lean structure allows us to find options for workable, individualized work hour models – also for beginning lawyers.

Mobile working

Not only do we provide this flexible option, we also use it ourselves, for example by working from home – home office. Each lawyer may arrange to work from home on short notice. Up-to-date technical equipment and mobile devices are necessary for facilitating flexible work, just as are digital voice recognition systems and electronic files.

Flexible working time models and part-time work

We assist and implement honest and flexible working time models and part-time offers, adapted to individual needs, also in conjunction with specific working hours. We offer these types of work scenarios not only to those who have been with us for some time, but also and especially to new recruits. Due to our strong emphasis on teamwork it is our wish to coordinate work efforts – for example for “interesting” clients – so that all lawyers involved in such cases can work together, as equals, with our “full-time lawyers”.

Parental leave

We are happy to accommodate parental leave schedules that conform to individual needs. We can also arrange for a re-entry into the firm after your parental leave that is flexible, pragmatic and adapted to your personal needs.

Child-care assistance

The families of our lawyers are especially important to us. For this reason, it is common practice at our law firm to assume part or all of your childcare and/or Kindergarten fees.

"Company bike" and public transport

Our firm is in the vibrant downtown area of Munich, close to Marienplatz, Gärtnerplatz and the Viktualienmarkt food market. Because the health of our lawyers and the sustainability of the urban environment are essential, we provide company bicycles or assume public transportation costs.
