Harald Hess is specialized in M&A, company law, commercial law and labor law. He advises listed companies and family-run companies, partners and managers on acquiring companies, joint ventures and capital, conversion and operations structural changes, in particular in the context of transborder transactions and contracts. He advises clients on all types of operative agreements, fundamental business decisions and on compliance issues. Harald Hess has many years of experience in planning, preparing, executing and managing national and international business transactions and legal projects. This includes labor law and works constitutions in the context of business transfers and changes in business structures, assessing legal aspects of transactions in the areas of competition law, copyright and foreign trade regulations and post-merger integration.
Harald Hess is a founding partner of MEISTERLAW (2010). Prior to this he worked in Atlanta, Frankfurt and Munich, including six years at a large US law firm, where he specialized in international business transactions He studied law at the University of Bayreuth. Harald Hess has an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in business acquisitions and business structuring (M&A). He is a member of the M&A Alumni Deutschland e.V.
