Franziska-Katharina Kaske is focused on intellectual property law, industrial law and IT law. In particular, she is active in the field of the new media, trademark, copyright and internet law in national and cross-border cases. She advises and supports clients in litigations and court proceedings.
Franziska-Katharina Kaske was admitted to the bar in 2017. She has been of counsel for MEISTER LAW since 2021. Prior to this she worked as an Associate with MEISTER LAW. She studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University Munich with focus on the above-mentioned legal fields as well as corporate and business law. During her legal traineeship with the Court of Appeals in Munich she worked with focus on the above-mentioned legal fields for MEISTER LAW. She was also employed by a law firm in Daytona Beach, FL, USA, specialized in corporate and business law.
